Overview

Screen Shot 2016-01-08 at 2.37.50 PMValentine’s Day at Nickel Plate Arts is no typical “Hallmark holiday.” Art-infused events and activities for singles, couples, children and groups go way beyond candy hearts and red roses this February. Valentine’s Day in 2022 will include the return of our beloved Date Night activities on Feb 11, 12 and 14 (COVID-dependent, of course), as well as Date Night Kits so that you can celebrate the holiday creatively from home. We will also have family-oriented crafts available during the day of Feb 12, and Gal’s Guide will be hosting a Galentine’s Day Brunch on Feb 13! You can also enjoy our ‘Love, Lust & Poetry’ exhibit in person or online all month long.

We’re Blushing

“I loved that each activity involved a bit of creativity. You don’t usually go out on a Friday night and paint together or write poetry, so it was awesome to share that kind of experience. Way more interesting than the typical “dinner and candy” Valentine’s Day that a lot of people do.”

– Kelli Yates –

“So much fun! We went with friends and had a totally different Valentine’s Day experience from just doing dinner and a movie. Great crafts and a great time! Definitely will be going again this year.”
