As a long time member of Hamilton Co. Artists Association, Robert became aware of Nickel Plate Arts since it began. He enjoys mostly entering competitions and it is great to be accepted and even better to win an occasional award.
Robert was accepted in a national publication “Splash 19” which included artists internationally.
He works mostly in watercolor (transparent) and tends to paint representational art which emphasizes color and texture. He likes painting architecture, machinery that is oxidizing, and scenes that evoke memories.
