Gather for a pre-lighting program of music and dance performances in the Judicial Center atrium. At the conclusion of the entertainment, attendees will move onto the Courthouse Square for a final song and the tree lighting. Free and open to the public, handicap accessible. This is a 30+ year tradition for downtown Noblesville.
