We are excited to welcome back Community Herbalist, Greg Monzel for a spring foraging class. March brings Indiana's early ephemeral plants springing forth with growth. We'll walk and see what's up in the woods and prairie with the goal to gather a spring greens salad. Hopefully we'll gather Solomon's seal, violets, trout lily, bee balm, and sochan, among others. This area is prone to spring flooding, so be prepared for mud and damp conditions. Space is limited to 18 participants.
