Each 2nd Saturday of the month, join us at Nickel Plate Arts for a deeper dive into our exhibit topics and to enjoy time as a family.
"Second Saturday in August focuses on the Fiber Arts. Color Me Happy Fiber Arts Studio will be on our campus to provide a demonstration. An arts activity based on the sewing and fabric art of Gio Swaby at the Art Institute of Chicago will be available for purchase. The activity involves self-portraits and using fabric to highlight personalities, dreams, and identity."
