Enjoy food, drinks and live music featuring Polka Boy! The festival is free and open to all ages. During the event, many of the Carmel City Center Shops will be open for visitors to shop and browse while walking around the Center. Along with live music, Oktoberfest will include: food from area restaurants (Matt the Miller's Tavern, Hubbard & Cravens and Books & Brews), airbrush tattoos for kids and more!
