The staff will be demonstrating making maple syrup, and continue the Bray Family tradition on the property, which began more than 150 years ago. Traditional and modern equipment will be sued to make syrup as well as information regarding the folklore, history, and science about maple trees. During the tour, visitors will leisurely rotate through the Maple Grove, History Hut, Sugar Shack, and Sugar Shop, which takes about an hour.
Dragonwood Maple Syrup will be on-site with their locally-produced maple products. Other vendors will also be present with fun treats.
