Nickel Plate Arts is excited to present Addie Hirschten as our new Intuitive Abstract Painting Class instructor starting in October! Hirschten is a contemporary visionary expressionist painter, author and host of "The Alchemy of Art" podcast and several books. She believes that art can enrich everyone's life through the power of self-expression. She teaches painting at the Studio Alchemy Gallery in downtown Indianapolis. Her intuitive abstract painting class is an opportunity to learn a fresh new painting technique with roots in the abstract expressionist and art therapy movements. Learn to spontaneously paint inspired by your emotions and what is important to you. In this class, each student will create one abstract painting over the course of four weeks and learn about this exciting new movement.
