Lynne Medsker, mixed media artist, explains how she creates art meant for people’s living spaces.  As she says, “Your home is your haven, a place you should feel safe, relaxed, content and nurtured.  The art you surround yourself with adds to those feelings!  The colors, movement and emotions of each piece of art you invest in should be a reflection of what makes your spirit feel alive and happy. Studies have shown that viewing art produces a similar effect to feeling joy and happiness, increasing blood flow to the key parts of our brains by as much as 10%.”

Lynne strives to increase artistic happiness by adding the exact pieces of art that reflect her customers’ lives.  That can be accomplished by selecting works that are available to purchase or guiding the customer in the hands-on experience of creating custom artwork, what Lynne calls a Collaborative Commission.
