Muscle Mobility and Wellness introduces the first annual Bend, Breathe, and Brew! We are partnering with Sun King Brewery and holding the event at the Midtown Plaza lawn. Join us for a FREE hour-long yoga class, vendors, raffles, and beer! Yoga will be taught by yoga instructor Gretchen Cole. Grab your spouse, family, friends, and neighbors. We encourage all to hang around, grab some drinks, mingle, and check out the vendors.
