Camp is getting more colorful, engaging and creative in Hamilton County! Nickel Plate Arts presents Adventures in Art Camp, camps for children to learn about and develop skills in a variety of art mediums. Dabble, explore, and experiment during our one-week camp sessions offered during school breaks.

2022 Adventures in Art Summer Camp for Noblesville Residents
July 11-15 or July 18-22

Let your kids get their hands dirty and their heads thinking creatively over summer break! Nickel Plate Arts is partnering with the Noblesville Township Trustee Office to offer free week-long summer camps this July! Campers will get a hands-on exploration of various artistic media with projects changing daily. Dabble in 3D and 2D art-making processes including sculpture, painting, mixed-media, and more! Beat the heat with cool art projects.

Each camp day offers a one-hour session tailored for different age groups. All materials and guided instruction provided. Because this camp is sponsored by the Noblesville Trustee’s Office, participants must attend Noblesville schools or have a Noblesville address. Registration required: Limit of 20 campers per session.

Choose between two camp dates: July 11-15 or July 18-22.

Camp Schedule (projects change daily):
11-12 p.m. – Mini Artists (ages 4-6)
1-2 p.m. – Little Artists (ages 7-9) [SESSION FULL JULY 18-22]
3-4 p.m. – Tween Artists (ages 10-12)

Noblesville Township Trustee Office Community Center at 372 S. 8th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060.

The Noblesville Township Trustee’s Community Center is open and available to everyone in our community, including members of vulnerable populations who may not yet have been able to get the COVID-19 vaccine. We are ensuring safety for in-person students, as well as for staff, through the following procedures and requirements:

  1. Face Masks are optional for in-person campers. The Summer Camp Instructor will have child-sized masks available for campers.
  2. We will provide sanitizing wipes and hand gel for camper use. We ask that campers wipe down their work areas at the end of class and as needed throughout class.
  3. No food or beverage will be served during class. Students may bring their own water or nonalcoholic beverages. We encourage students NOT to share their own food or drink with others during camp.
  4. Please note that Nickel Plate Arts and our camp instructor can refuse service to anyone for any reason, including anyone who is unwilling to follow our safety guidelines.
  5. Also, Nickel Plate Arts reserves the right to convert any and all classes to online-only, if health and safety conditions require a change to our class format.

If you have any questions regarding the schedule and age groups or are interested in volunteering to help with this camp, please contact us at info@nickelplatearts.org or 317-452-3690.
