In Course 1 - Building Buttercream Skills - You will build skills you can use for all decorating projects, from cupcakes to cakes for any occasion. Whether you are new to decorating, have been decorating for years or even just refreshing from a previous Wilton Method Course, when you have completed Course 1, you will be proud of the new techniques you've learned and ready to showcase them on your next project.
Make icing the right consistency
Fill and use a decorating bag
Ice and decorate cupcakes
Pipe lines and make simple borders
Make 6 different buttercream icing flowers Transfer images to a cake to decorate And much more
And don’t forget these items from home …
24 in. x 24 in. table cover (such as a folded bath towel or plastic tablecloth)
Scissors and Toothpicks Pen or Pencil and Paper
6 – Un-iced cupcakes Box or cupcake carrier for transportation
3 – Disposable cups or bowls (to mix and tint icing)
Gallon size plastic bag for cleanup
