Monday Night Drawing Class

Monday Night Drawing Class (Online)

Monday, April 20 to June 22 (ten weeks) 7-9 pm

$11 – $110

This course will be online.

Jeanette Pomeroy Parssi returns as our Monday Night Drawing Class instructor for our first online version of the course! After purchase, you will receive a Zoom link in order to video chat into the private interactive online course.

Our popular drawing class is available to adult artists at all skill levels, basic to advanced. This is a great class for beginners and a relaxed opportunity for more experienced artists! Instructor Jeannette Pomeroy Parssi found her path in 1994 when she left the corporate world to pursue art. She has studied with renowned artists Graham Nickson, Dean of the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture; and Miraslov Antic, an instructor at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She also has traveled extensively to many locales in Europe to hone her craft, sometimes alone and other times part of a group, but always with the goal of becoming a better artist. Jeannette is truly passionate about art and looks forward to teaching participants skills and techniques of artistic expression through drawing.

Nickel Plate Arts will provide basic materials if needed via shipping directly to your home (please leave comment upon purchasing or send email to kwitsken@nickelplatearts.org if you need supplies), but participants are encouraged to use their own drawing supplies from home to maximize social distancing. Students must be 15 and older.

This ongoing class will be offered during subsequent sessions throughout 2020.

***If you are purchasing a drop-in class the day that class is being held, you need to purchase by 5:00 pm EST in order to receive the Zoom link***
